Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the UniAuth.ID platform operated by UniAuth.ID (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use UniAuth.ID, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the service
• Impersonate any person or entity

3. Authentication Services

UniAuth.ID provides email/password authentication, OAuth integration, multi-factor authentication (TOTP, email OTP, SMS OTP), and WebAuthn/passkey support. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Critical authentication failures will be communicated via our status page.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of UniAuth.ID is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide and improve our services. You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

5. Service Tiers

UniAuth.ID offers free and paid plans. Free plans include core authentication features. Paid plans include additional capabilities such as SSO, advanced RBAC, and priority support. We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days' notice. See our Pricing page for current details.

6. Intellectual Property

The UniAuth.ID name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission. Content you upload (such as profile pictures) remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniAuth.ID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
